PRODUCT DESIGN FROM END TO END,
FROM DISCOVERY TO DELIVERY
My first step is to make an in-depth analysis of the business with conversations with stakeholders. From that moment on, I can understand the challenges and thus start the design processes based on Double Diamond and Design Thinking
After the research results, I start the ideation phase, where I usually do benchmarking and competitive analysis for a better understanding of the project. At this stage I try to seek as many references as possible of how the product should look and behave.
About UI and Prototypes, I start by creating streams and wireframes to validate the hypothesis, then I go to the final prototype using figma. In the process I also create the style guide and components for the Design System.
With the prototypes ready, I have a great opportunity to evaluate their performance and improve the experience by collecting feedback doing usability tests. When the MVP is released I create metrics to verify usability through surveys and Usability score.
My greatest skill is to be able to visualize the full product, aligning the business vision with design needs at all stages of UX and UI.

App Syngenta International
The challenge of the project is to create a producer-oriented application that combines digital agriculture, advanced planting tools and the commercial management of Syngenta's orders, marketing and loyalty programs in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
United Sports B2B App e web
United Sports is a platform for managing tournaments and sporting events. The challenge of this project was to create a complete platform where the user could manage all aspects of an event in one place and in a few steps.
Embraer code generator software
At Embraer, I led the product design at all stages of UX/UI for the IT software department of the Tardis AI code generator product from discovery to the prototype. As a specialist I participated in all stages of development until the delivery of the MVP and iterations.
Estadão News App
For the Estadão App I conducted the Product Design stages ranging from UX research, through interviews and workshops with users, product objectives to the flows and prototypes for the launch and implementation of new features.
App Fast Shop E-commerce
The challenge of the Fast Shop App was to create a user journey that would improve e-commerce performance and help decrease the bounce rate. For an e-commerce the product page is extremely important and my mission was to propose improvements for simple navigation.

I have been working in the design area for more than 10 years. Got a degree in Design and have a specialization in UI/UX from Belas Artes de São Paulo.
