END-TO-END PRODUCT DESIGN: FROM DISCOVERY TO DELIVERY
My first step is a deep business analysis through conversations with stakeholders. This helps me understand the challenges and sets the foundation for the design process, based on the Double Diamond framework.
Following research results, I enter the ideation phase, where I conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to better understand the project. During this stage, I gather as many references as possible to determine how the product should look and behave.
In the UI and Prototyping phase, I start by creating user flows and wireframes to validate ideas, then move on to the final prototype using Figma. I also create style guides and components for the Design System.
Prototypes offer a great opportunity to assess performance and refine the user experience based on usability testing feedback. After the MVP launch, I set up metrics to measure usability through surveys and usability scores.
My strongest skill is visualizing the entire product, aligning business vision with design needs at every stage of UX and UI.
RECENT PROJECTS
Here are some of the latest projects I led as Product Designer.
Syngenta International Mobile App
The project challenge was to create an app for farmers that integrates digital agriculture, advanced planting tools, and commercial order management, including marketing and loyalty programs for Syngenta in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Embraer code generator
At Embraer, I led product design through all UX/UI stages for the AI-powered Tardis code generator used in the company's IT department. As a specialist, I was involved in every step of development, from discovery to prototype, and played a key role in MVP delivery and iterations.
Estadão News Mobile App
For the Estadão news app, I led the product design process, from UX research, interviews, and user workshops to defining product objectives, user flows, and prototypes for launching and implementing new features.
Fast Shop E-commerce Mobile App
The challenge for the Fast Shop app was to create a user journey that would improve e-commerce performance and reduce bounce rates. Worked in reasearch, user flows, and all the prototypes.
